Global One

Established in 2016, Global One Urban Farming’s purpose is to teach inner-city children and adults how to contribute to the revitalization of their communities by building a self-sustaining, peaceful, and uplifting lifestyle in the growing and distribution of organic vegetables to those in need.

Global One Urban Farming is located at 44th and Cypress Avenue in Kansas City, MO. in the center of a USDA defined food desert and food insecure community. A 1.5 acre site with a 20’ by 50’ high tunnel, 25 raised beds and 8, 100’ crop rows and 2 pollinator gardens. We have turned this space from a dumping site into a developed space producing organically grown fruits, vegetables and healing herbs.
