Susan Welsh is the farmer and owner of Grasshopper Urban Farm in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Before becoming a full time farmer in 2021, Susan was a chef for many years. Grasshopper Urban Farm offers beautiful, sometimes unusual vegetables and flower bouquets.
Susan enjoys interacting and getting to know the farm’s customers. She is always available to share ideas for preparing the fresh produce. All vegetables and flowers are raised using only OMRI approved pesticides.
