Kansas Rural Center(KRC) – Through workshops, farm tours, their annual Farm and Food Conference, publications and online resources, KRC provides education and information on ecologically-based farming practices, specialty crop production and marketing, enhancing biodiversity, making farm transitions, grazing management, conservation practices and much more!
Kansas Value Added Foods Lab – This resource offers a variety of services, including, but not limited to, Nutrition Facts Panel Generation and Ingredients Listing, Chemical and Physical Testing, Process Authority services, Educational Opportunities for Food Processors such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and Better Process Control School.
