Carlson Cabin Honey LLC is a family owned honey business producing local raw honey, beeswax and other honey related items. We started with 2 beehives and have expanded to over 20 in two separate apiaries on our farm. We harvest honey once a year in September and make sure the hives have plenty stored to make it through the cold Kansas winter.
