Rebecca’s family owns and operates Bo Lings Chinese Restaurants, with five locations throughout the Greater Kansas City Area. With over 30 years of experience working in the family business, Rebecca has gained a unique understanding of the local food system from a restaurateur’s point of view. As a member of the Johnson County Food Policy Council since 2013, Rebecca has enjoyed learning from and collaborating with like-minded professionals on important issues within our local food system. Rebecca is passionate about helping people understand and care about where their food comes from, and supporting local food farmers and producers.

Rebecca holds a BA in Business Management and an MBA in International Business. On her days off she loves spending time playing with her daughter, baking, or watching good movie.
